Achievements

firefoxA career spanning 24 years service in the Army mainly in engineering with experience in many different mechanical disciplines with in a workshop environment, but also including 7 years in recruitment.

A successful re-deployment 2 years ago into a newly created post as Internet Manager for the Recruiting Group for the Army, which required extensive training and learning a vast array of new skills. As this was a new post it required a period of analysis and implementation of management processes.

firefoxA key driver and instrumental to the implementation of the largest I.T. project Recruiting Group has undertaken to date to modernise not only the web sites but also the back end systems and data capture processes for recruiting. This project has many similarities to the NHS project Connecting for Health.

Sourced and purchased new software to improve the effectiveness of Recruiting Groups web business.
